The system is housed in a 19" Eurorack frame and can contain up to 40 sensors per rack. Typical applications include water utilities, petrochemical industry, boiler rooms, landfill sites, building management systems and oil industry.

All gas and operating values can be displayed on the LCD using the buttons on the in-built keypad. Calibration and set up of the system can be carried out using the hand-held active-8-or. The system contains relay outputs for interfacing with other equipment within the facility.
